Payment methods:
For your convenience VIPresents supports the following payment methods:
- Cash on delivery – You pay the goods directly to the courier which delivers them. Due to security measures this payment method is only available for orders below 500BGN.
- Bank transfer – It would be necessary to make a bank transaction on the “Vivati” bank account. The necessary data will be forwarded to your e-mail for confirmation.
The payment method has no importance on invoice receiving, it is always available. To receive an invoice you should check the field “I would like to receive an invoice” in the order form and afterwards fill in the necessary data.
Delivery
Orders are considered to be made the same day if they are made before 13:00 local time. After that time they will be processed on the next day.
Delivery is made by courier.
Delivery is free-of-charge for Sofia City for orders above 100BGN.
Delivery in Sofia City for orders less than 100BGN or for other cities is calculated based on the size and weight of the package, and also the delivery address.
Deliveries with “Normal Delivery” status are delivered within 3 working days after confirmation.
For “Express Delivery” the goods are delivered within the end of the next working day, if the order was made before 13:00 local time.
Products marked "Only with delivery", delivery is made withing 5 working days upon order confirmation.
Changing or canceling an order
Orders can be cancelled or changed within 8 hours of its processing.
For this purpose you need to send an e-mail to poruchka@vipresents.com or to call +359 2 860 10 16. To cancel an order you will need its number and the name of the person which has made it.
Returning purchased goods
Goods already purchased can be returned if a defect is observed. It should happen within 3 working days after its delivery. It would be necessary to present the receipt or invoice with which it was delivered.
